These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and transactions between Pacific Breeze HAVC Systems (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the customer (“you,” “your”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Ordering Process

  • All orders are subject to product availability.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until payment is received.
  • A formal quote will be provided upon request. Quotes are valid for 10 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept Zelle, wire transfers, and business checks.
  • Full payment is required before any order is processed for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
  • Orders are considered final once payment is confirmed—cancellations or refunds are not permitted.
  • Returned checks or failed payments may incur additional fees.

4. Delivery, Pickup & Shipping

  • Customers can choose pickup, local delivery, or shipment at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery times vary based on order size, location, and product availability.
  • Pickup orders must be collected within 5 days of payment confirmation. Storage fees may apply for delayed pickups.
  • Customers must inspect products upon receipt. Any claims for damages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Warranty

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless a product is defective upon arrival.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products. Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
  • We are not responsible for installation issues, labor costs, or damage caused by improper handling or use.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by incorrect installation, improper use, or failure to comply with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper licensing and qualifications to install and operate HVAC equipment.
  • We make no guarantees beyond what is covered in the manufacturer’s warranty.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all future transactions.
